My Life ♥

This post is to answer Christina's enquiry about the show im talking about.

Currently Charis, eugene and me are undergoing training under eugene's cousin's

event company as an emcee. So in return, we all have to do emcee-ing for three shows

for them. So far we've already done 2 shows (both mid-autumn festival) where both times

i was partnering with eugene. Overall the experience was rather fun and good coz we did learn

something out of it. During the show, our job was just to facilitate the flow of the whole event and play games with the crowd. However, we're now starting to get busier with school so i doubt after the 3rd show, we will still continue...

My Life ♥

I really need to rant about the coming crazy week:

Mon: Company Accounting Assignment Due

Tues: Financial Accounting Assignment Due

Wed: Company Accounting Mid-sem test

Not to forget, tml i have the second show @ Bishan Park condo...

You must be wondering what kind of show im talking about...

Its the Mid-Autumn Festival Celebrations for the condo ppl

& im the emcee partnering my friend.

And i pray that the Natural Disaster would stop spreading...

The dust storm in Australia, Typhoons & floods in Philippines,

Cambodia, Vietnam & Laos, Earthquake in Indonesia &

Tsunami in islands of Samoa, its really terrible.

The extent of destruction & misery caused to people is truly

unimaginable. I really wish for all these to stop.

And dear still went Thailand amidst all chaos,

which makes me worry even more.

i hope he'll return safely...

My Life ♥

I've gotten my birthday dress, shoe & hair accessory... And ordered my cake.

However, I shall not show it here yet. So as not to spoil

the excitement on the actual day.

Other than this, i got a work dress & a set of work clothes at a good bargain

from far east. And i realised that many shops actually sells the same

exact clothes but priced differently.

My Life ♥

Sharon proudly declares that her 21st birthday party is on

but still in the midst of planning...

Thank you to all who has replied promptly

to my invitation, it really helps me alot

in making my planning easier...

And im so happy that my friends replied that

they are definitely coming for my party.

I feel so loved by by them. =)

Now i shall share with u all the inspiration behind

my theme - starry starry night...

The 1st source of inspiration is the painting -

The Starry Night by Vincent van Gogh...

The 2nd source of inspiration came from this blue fairy from

Disney's movie Pinocchio. One of my favourite track from

the movie is "When u wish upon a star". Although during

that time, Disney movie was only in 2D, nothing

comparable to today's 3D but to me, those

were the best time. =)

This is Cinderella's castle at Disneyland. Every night, there

will be fireworks display going with the magical tune of

"When you wish upon a star", exactly the same thing

u'll see on the movie screen (the disney logo) before

the start of any Disney movie.

Hope to see u all at my birthday party & dress up for the theme. =)

My Life ♥

I've spent a great weekend over in KL with baby.

However, both good & bad thing happened in KL.

Bad thing is that my cam's batt died on me on the 1st day.

due to undercharged batt coz of xxx...

And i didnt managed to get any shoes from KL. =(

Good thing is that we bought some toiletries in Watson.

Its cheaper than S'pore definitely & with additional discount,

it's even much cheaper. And best thing is they undercharged us. =)

And our train ride back to S'pore was good too as their sucky system

caused a double booking, hence our initial beds were upgraded

FREE to the 1st class beds -- a private room of our own. =)

The rest of the photos were taken with baby's cam

so shall upload somemore once i get it from him.

And i hope its soon since he havent even pass me the Philippines photos.
